Well, well, well... business is unusual these days and we find ourselves adapting. We are fortunate in that we love what we do. We thrive on creating clever ways to help our clients. We are a boutique real estate team created to surpass the needs of our clients, and to anticipate the market. Established in 2002 after Jo Gipson completed graduate school, served in corporate America, and created two businesses from the ground up (the latter of which is still thriving today). Jo focused on her real estate avocation to provide a level of service and knowledge she had not experienced when she was buying and selling real estate and made it her livelihood.
Fast forward and Jo partnered with a great Operations Manager, Scott Lerner, who had previously managed a law office, a large real estate office and also had his real estate license. Scott’s need to keep things organized plus his local market knowledge and experience made him an excellent choice to serve our loyal relationships.
We added a small, stellar group of agents who focus on matching buyers to the best property to suit their needs, whether a dream home, or property with great ROI, or both - they bring the skills.
Then we looked WEST to Dallas, GA in Paulding County. Once the fastest-growing county in America it continues to offer bucolic living with small-town friendliness and is only 30 minutes or so from Atlanta. LeAnne Austin runs our business development west of Atlanta and in Dallas she knows most of the people in the community to make buying and selling a wonderful personal experience.
Additionally, we have relationships with agents around the country and various parts of our world, so when a client calls requesting a referral in Ottawa or Oslo, we know people – Really, and it’s our pleasure to help. We have experienced more times than we can count, the business opportunities that have come from doing well by others regardless of the outcome. It may or may not lead to a closing, but it definitely will lead to our client’s needs being met, and that comes back to us time and time again, for which we remain grateful.
